We are confident that our products will meet or exceed your expectations so we have a satisfaction guaranteed policy with regards to your new purchase. After the receipt of your Trail Kitchens product you have 45 days to evaluate and return the equipment, in new condition, for a full refund of the product value as originally charged.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer must ship or deliver the equipment to Trail Kitchens to receive their refund. Adequate packaging must be used to avoid damage in the return shipment. If there is damage in shipping of the returned product Trail Kitchens may charge for repairing the product so that it is once again in new condition.
We can only refund you for equipment returned in new condition so please take the time to set up and evaluate your equipment before taking it out into the field.
Our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers products that are manufactured by Trail Kitchens. Other branded products that we sell are covered by their own respective manufacturer's warranty
